He Says ~ She Says ~ The Jon and Kate Drama Continues....

I was sent this news article today from a very good friend

who keeps me up to date in case I miss something.

I want you all to read it and I will tell you what I think.

Jon Gosselin is calling his estranged wife's claims that he withdrew $230,000 from their bank account a "total fabrication," instead insisting he only grabbed a fraction of that. The father of eight tells The Insider he "withdrew $22,000 last Thursday" and has "the paper trail to prove it."

Kate must be "hiding money," he asserts, because they should have more than enough to pay the bills. "We have 11 bank accounts. That was just our joint account. She had a best-selling book. Where's that million dollars?"

On the 'Today' show on Monday, Kate claimed Jon has a history of taking money out of the account. "When you've left your children and their mother unable to pay for the roof over their heads, it's not acceptable,"

But Jon disputes her claims, saying he's always been prudent when it comes to their finances.

"I've never taken any money out because over 10 years, Kate handled all the banking. Over the past four years of doing the show, we accrued $2,250,000. She says in the past week I took $230,000. I have withdrawn roughly $177,000 over the course of a year, which is less than 10 percent of what we made. That's like my paycheck."

So in my opinion... I think its hard to believe anything either one of them is

saying. This drama between Jon and Kate is getting way out of hand

and the only thing I do agree about with Jon is that it is time to take

the kids off the show. Kate says she does the show with the kids

for all the opportunities they get and to support the family. Well

LaDeeDah Kate.... Not all of us get to have all those wonderful

opportunities with our own kids. I think your kids have been

blessed with wonderful trips and excursions, but it is time for

them to be in the real world and to keep them away from the camera

and the paparazzi . The kids are showing signs of stress with their

outbursts and fighting and it shouldn't be shown on TV in

front of millions of people. Yes there are times that I love watching

them when they are having fun and saying silly things, but we aren't

with them 24/7. We have no idea how they are really feeling. But

we do know that kids have a hard enough time when their parents

are separated / divorced and for them to have to deal with it in front

of the camera is not healthy.

So even though I am not a fan of Jon and Kate, I am happy at this

time that Jon was able to put a halt on the show for the time being

and that maybe the Judge will knock some sense into them... I

believe deep down that Kate will be able to get a job or write another

book and be able to support her family.... as for Jon... who knows

what will happen to him. Only time will tell

Talking about getting your 15 minutes of Fame....

Jon sure knows how to keep himself in front of the

camera and is getting lots of attention this week.

First he says he wants to put a hold on finalizing the

divorce and now he is attempting to shut down

production of TLC's Kate Plus 8 because he is not

going to get as much air time.

This year I have gone back and forth on being on

Team Jon and Team Kate to being on no Team at

all. These parents keep saying they are putting the

kids best interest first, but I am not seeing it that

way.

I seriously believe that Jon is acting out, because

he knows that Kate is career oriented and no matter

what happens with their marriage, she will find a

way to support her kids. With that said, I think Jon

is afraid that he is going to have a tougher time finding

work. Kate is a very strong motivated woman and has

already written books and has done many TV interviews

and has appeared on The View as a cohost.

She is working on getting her own talk show with

Paula Dean and is obviously much more comfortable in front

of the camera than Jon is.

She is being shown much more respect from the entertainment

industry than Jon. I think that Jon has dug himself a very

deep hole and is finding it hard to crawl out of it.

So at this time, Jon's attorney has written a letter to TLC

saying Effective immediately, No production crews are to

enter Jon's family home for any reason. On Thursday

Jon posted a sign outside of his house stating:

Notice : no film crew or production staff from TLC is

permitted on this property under penalty of trespass.

His lawyer says that Jon has joint custody of his kids and

is able to make decisions about their welfare.

Some people might believe that this is in the best interest

for his kids and I have said for months now that I think

they should stop the show, but I think Jon doing this now

is just out of jealousy and anger that he has been pushed

out of the family show. It makes me wonder how this is

going to affect the kids in the long run. Jon and Kate

need to stop this craziness. It makes you wonder if

they like all this negative attention. I think they must,

because if they didn't like it, they would have stopped

the show months ago.

Jon is Apologizing , but is it too Late

Word is out that Jon is now apologizing for his actions since he left

Kate. In his words " I regret my conduct since Kate and I separated "

Is it too late to repair the damage ? People on the message boards

are not buying Jon's apology. They are feeling that Jon is realizing

that he has been shoved aside by TLC and starting Nov. 2nd new

shows will be starting and it will be called " Kate Plus 8 "

Jon will still be on the show, but not as much and that will definitely

affect his pocketbook. I still watch the show, but I view it differently

than I used to. I realized later after watching the show last week when

the kids were fighting that Kate just sat there and shrugged her shoulders.

I know we all do that from time to time, but we don't have camera's

taping us. I just think she is mentally exhausted from everything that

has happened this year and she is running on empty when it comes to

the kids. Luckily, Cara and Mady have been a big help to her since Jon

left.

Now that the kids are in school, I hope that they are enjoying the time

away from all the cameras at home at least for a few hours a day. That

must get old. We can only imagine what it is like having a camera following

you around on a regular basis.

So I am curious what you all think about Jon's apology . He also filed

paperwork hoping to stall his divorce from Kate for 90 days, so Kate

and him can try to restore their relationship as cooperative parents

and to open up our lines of communication. He also said that he regrets

his conduct since Kate and I separated and he used poor judgment in

publicly socializing with other women so soon.

So do you believe he is sincere or do you think he has other motives ?

Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain

I have met some wonderful caring people here on Facebook and MySpace.
You all have been supportive and have been asking me how I have been
feeling, so I thought I would fill you in.... First off it is 4:01 in the morning
and I am still dealing with hot flashes and insomnia.... LOL ....

But the good news is... drum roll please ..... I am starting to feel so
much better.... My 40's were not my finest years when it came to
family drama, stress and my health. ( Menopause, Fibromyalgia, TMJ,
Arthritis. Depression and more recently water behind my hear for close to 3 months)

My Kaiser Drs just wanted to give me prescription medications for
pain and anti depressants. ( Prozac, Paxil, Welbutrin to name a few )
Sadly to say, they actually made me feel like dying. It was a very tough
time for me. So I started seeking out alternative methods recommended
by friends which led me to Massage , Chiropractors and Bowen Therapy.

Massage does help me, so i will stick with that, Chiropractors actually
made me feel dizzy and nauseous, and Bowen Therapy did help me and
Mike and Cathy were great ~ fairoaksbowen.com ~ but I needed more
help, because I just knew deep down that I had to make a bigger change
in my life to make sure my 50's would be happier and healthier than my
40's.

I went to my Dentist 6 weeks ago and he asked me how I was feeling.
I said " well considering that I am going through Menopause, Fibromyalgia,
TMJ and ear problems, I guess I am doing pretty good. haha

I said I was thinking of trying out Acupuncture.... he said Laura I have
a great Acupuncturist you can go to, but I would love for you to see
my friend Dr Kwiker in Sacramento. He works with people with their diet
by their blood type. At this point, what did I have to lose, plus I am no
Dummy, I knew that my diet sucked and was clueless on how to get
started.

I am excited to say that just after 3 1/2 weeks, I am feeling better than i have
felt in the last 10 years. 75% of my pain has gone away, I have more energy
than I know what to do with, but still trying not to over due it, but am pleased
how much more I am getting done in the day. Most people don't understand
what it feels like to have chronic pain and don't have energy to keep the house
clean, go to work, run errands etc. On a good day, I might get one load of
laundry done and do some dishes. Luckily my husband was very patient with
me and knew that I really was trying to get better by looking for answers and
not giving up, even though some days I wanted to. I have met people online
who are my age and are bedridden. My heart goes out to them, but I will
send them my update and hopefully they can find a Dr like I have that will
help them like my new Dr is helping me.

With that said, my blood type is ~ A Positive ~ so I am following the diet from
these books that outlines what is the best foods for me to eat and what foods I
should avoid.

The books are great, but being under the supervision of my new Dr is making this
an easier transition. He gives me handouts with recipes and the most beneficial
foods I should be eating. But it isn't all about the food... I am taking herbal
vitamins that work best for me. I think getting the books is a good start,
but having a Dr following your progress and really cares about you helps make
this transition easier.

Like I said it has only been 3 1/2 weeks and I am feeling HOPE that my 50's
could possibly be my best years. If you have any questions, don't be afraid
to leave me a comment or send me a message. I can give you my Drs name
and if you don't live near the Sacramento area, he might be able to refer you
to someone closer to you. He has been doing this for over 30 years and now
my husband and two sons are wanting to go get their own evaluation and
start following the steps of eating right for your blood type. My Dr told me
today that if I can stick to this program it will help me from ending up with
Alzheimers ( which my dad died from at the age of 70 ) or from inhearting
Macular Degeneration ~ loss of eyesight ~ which my mom has.

p.s. some people have asked how much it has cost me and after 2 visits
it has been close to $ 750.00 but I did buy 3 books from him that you
can get on Amazon.com and am getting Herbal Pills etc. but how can
you put a price on your health. We all seem to scrape up together money
to buy TVs, DVD players, Tivos, clothes, nails/hair , vacations etc. It is
all about priorities and I have spent a lot more than $ 750.00
in the last 10 years being with Kasier and getting No Results.... I'm Just Saying .... :^D

As Time Goes On.... Sept 1st 2009

Jon and Kate Gosselin can be very exhausting

when it comes to keeping up with them through

the Paparazzi's eyes. Who knows how much

truth there is in the stories they write but a

picture of their expressions says so much.

But who could blame her when she is being followed by

photographers every time she leaves her home. It was

probably fun and exciting at the beginning, but that was

when her and Jon just started their show on TLC and

they were getting positive attention. But now 95% of

the attention they are getting is negative, especially about

Jon and all the girls he is hanging out with. No wonder

Kate has a Scowl on her face....

When a couple gets married it is one of the happiest days of their
lives. Then they start having children and it is a start of a life that
most people dream of. I don't think anyone dreams of getting married
and having 8 kids before they even hit the age of 30 and then end up
on a Reality Show. That is a lot of pressure on the parents and a lot
of stress on everyone in the family and friends. But they seemed to
pull it off for the first few years, but just watching the show would tire
most of us out.... They had to deal with it 24//7 I don't know anyone
who would want to trade places with them.

So I try hard not to judge too harshly, but as a parent that is hard to
do sometimes. So today, I am going to write about last nights show
and leave Jon and Kate alone when it comes to the negative publicity.

With that Said:

How cute were the boys in their Cowboy outfits. I love when Jon and
Kate take them on adventures especially when they split them up and
give them more one on one time. I think that is so important for the kids.
Also good for the parents to spend quality time with them. Kate seemed
more relaxed not having to deal with the Paparazzi and just being able
to have fun. It was fun seeing them on the horses, hiking, and having the
egg fight. What a great experience for all of them.

It was also fun to see Jon with all the girls and I give him props for putting the
dress on even though it was over his clothes, he stopped thinking of himself
for once and got silly for his girls. They all seemed to enjoy that special time
with Daddy and it makes the show so much more enjoyable when the kids
are having fun and laughing.

So I think as long as Jon and Kate continue doing fun, interesting and
entertaining things with the kids and they aren't together, they will
continue to get an audience. When it comes right down to it..... we aren't
watching the show to see Jon or Kate.... We are watching the show to
see the smiles on the kids faces and having fun. That may be unrealistic
for some people, but I know for a fact that if I turn on Jon and Kate Plus 8
and the kids are laughing and being silly, that will put a smile on my face
and I will feel good seeing them have a good time. If that isn't happening,
they should stop the show.... I'm Just Saying...... :^D

What's Up With Jon and Kate~ August 18, 2009

Jon and Kate had a tough week... How long does it take them

to realize that just about everything they do is going to end

up in magazines and on TV. They aren't teenagers, but some

times they act like it. It is so hard to even take sides with these

two. First of all, I am a mother of two boys and can't even

imagine or pretend to know what it would be like to have 8

kids.. but why did Kate show up to their house during Jon's

visitation day? Did Cara or Mady call her. I am presuming

they did, because I think there had to be a reason for her to

show up and I think the reason was that there was a young

20 year old girl there. So I am saying that if I thought my

husband was doing something inappropriate in the house

with my kids present, I sure in the hell would go check

things out. Our kids are a part of us and we are like Mama

Bears who protect their cubs. So if Kate was worried or

concerned about what was going on with what Jon and this

girl were doing in front of their kids, I don't have a problem

with that at all.

But with that said, why can't Jon and Kate see that yelling,

screaming and fighting is not appropriate and it is going

to upset their children. They keep saying that the children

are their number one priority, but if that is true, then they

really need to stop these public outbursts and Jon needs to

stop partying with these young 20 year olds and posing for

all these pictures. He might not be doing it intentionally, but

he isn't stupid ( well maybe he is ) and should know by now

that the Papparazzi is following him 24/7 looking for their

next story.

I really wish that Jon and Kate would go to couples therapy

and find a way to get a long for their kids sake. To me it is

very obvious that they love their children, but they do live

a stressful life and it shows by their behavior. At this point

Kate is being the most devoted parent, but I don't think she

has much choice, since Jon is acting like a teenager these

days. I'm Just Saying.....

Jon and Kate Plus 8 August 12, 2009

Did you watch the latest episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8 ?

This show drives me crazy, because I am so addicted to

these kids. They really are the cutest kids on TV and I

just can't get enough of them.

My friends and family have heard me ramble on about

them for over 4 years now and I have to admit I would

miss them if they weren't on TV. Now don't get me wrong,

I still get frustrated with Jon and Kate from time to time,

but with that said..... watching the kids on the last episode,

makes me feel like they are handling things OK for now.

When Kate was chatting with Hannah my heart was melting.

It was so Real and Loving that I even liked Kate there for

those few minutes. When Hannah was hugging Kate and

touching mom's face saying she loved her, it reminded me

how much little kids adore their parents.

I still feel that Kate made some big mistakes with being so

controlling and condescending with Jon, but it is so obvious

that she loves her kids and I think she has gotten a big wake

up call since Jon walked away from their marriage. Kate

was gone way too much promoting her books and not focussing

her number one priority and that Was and Is Her Family.

Now, I think she gets it and I am hoping that she doesn't leave

the kids as much as she used to. I don't think she will, I think

even when Jon is spending his daddy time with them, that Kate

will be close by.

As for Jon..... he seems to be going through a very early mid-life

crisis and I hope he gets over it soon. His children need him to

act like a dad and not a horny teenage boy. He seems to be going

from one young girl to another these days. He is really loving his

freedom at this point, but hopefully he will get it out of his system

and see the big Picture and start putting his kids first.

Jon and Kate: Now What

What can I say about Jon and Kate that you haven't already heard.

This couple has gone through being the most popular couple on

reality tv to now one of the most hated. As a faithful watcher since

the very first season, I for one have flipped flopped from loving Kate

to hating her and the same goes for Jon. When will this insanity end.

Sure I could do what most sane people would do and just turn off the

tv, but when you get so invested in a tv show , especially the kids, you

want to see what is going to happen next. It is like a train wreck from

week to week reading the tabloid magazines and watching all the

different entertainment shows.

The first two years were so interesting to watch how Jon and Kate

were going to handle raising their twins Cara and Mady and the

sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel. When

Kate was being criticized for being too bossy with Jon, I actually

started defending her on my MySpace Page that I made for them.

But the more she put Jon down for the silliest things, it really started

making her look like a mean nasty lady. She has these 8 beautiful

children, a husband that supported her to having one more child

after they had twins and they ended up with sextuplets, and he had

a job and also helped her as much as he could, but it just wasn't

enough.

So I switched over to be a Jon supporter and my friends and readers

didn't like that. It seems to be very hard to have any opinions when it

comes to Jon and Kate without someone lashing out on you. If you don't

agree with the people who love Kate, they don't want to be your friend

and if you don't agree with the people who support Jon, you must be

crazy.

Now here we are in August of 2009 and I don't like either one of them.

I am pro marriage and pro parenting and they both screwed up. Now

don't get me wrong.... I am not going off on anyone who has been divorced.

I am only talking about Jon and Kate who had this wonderful opportunity

to have a reality show to let millions of people into their lives and for them

to make extra money to support their children. And in my eyes they had it

all, and they screwed up and because of that their children are going to have

to live with a lot of stories being written up about their parents that no kid

should have to hear about.

Like I said..... this is just My Opinion...... You will get more of it next week.
